Who can Submit?
All registered delegates including undergraduate, postgraduate students and faculty can submit abstracts for conference presentation. There will be separate categories for UG, PG and faculty.
Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission.
Why should You Submit ?
Certificates will be bestowed upon all participants of the paper presentations, and the most distinguished ones in each category will be honoured with cash prizes.

FORMAT FOR ABSTRACT
1. Original Article – Background, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
2. Review paper - Background, Purpose, Review Findings, Conclusion
3. Case Study – Introduction, Case Summary, Conclusion
A) Case Report
B) Case Series
4. Concept Note- Background, Description of Concept/Idea, Conclusion
5. Educational Exhibit/Artistic Narrative – Background, Description, Conclusion

FORMATTING GUIDELINES
1. The abstract submitted should not be previously presented, published or accepted for
publication in any medical journal.
2. The word limit for abstract text is 300 words.
3. The abstract should be submitted in the prescribed template form, in an MS Word document in Times New Roman font, size-12, and line spacing 1.5 (The font type/size/line spacing should not be changed).
4. The abstract will be peer-reviewed and checked for plagiarism using standard anti-plagiarism tools and the review findings will be notified to the participant.
5. Abstracts with a plagiarism score of more than 25% similarity will be sent back to the participant for revision.
6. In case of multiple-authored papers, only one author will be allowed to present the paper. Please underline the presenting author's name while submitting the abstract.
7. Abstracts which do not adhere to these guidelines will not be accepted.

The presenting author can elect to deliver either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

The decision of the scientific committee will be final regarding presentation of the sent abstracts. The submissions will be screened for quality and sorted according to merit.

Final presentation guidelines will be updated and communicated once the abstract acceptances close.
