Gerhard Fortwengel

Prof. Dr. Gerhard Fortwengel is associated with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts as Professor of Clinical Research and Epidemiology.

His research activities are driven by regulatory and ethical aspects of drug development, especially in developing countries. His work includes regular visiting professorships at foreign universities and is strongly determined by a global perspective on human subjects research.
He is an international faculty member in the Education Department of the International Chair of Bioethics.
