• Only short films will be accepted, the videos should not be in a documentary format.

• Animation film entries are also acceptable.

• Maximum time limit: 7 minutes (420 sec)

• English language is preferred.

• Subtitles in English are a must (if medium is English or another language).

• It is mandatory for all the participants, to join the WhatsApp Group.

• Films are to be shot in MPEG4 OR AVI Format.

• Recommended ratios: 16:9/16:9 height anamorphic in DV/HDV.

• ETHOS committee will have the exclusive rights to screen the film on respective websites or other associated screenings.

• The films must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to 3rd party from unless participants have the license to use such work in the film.

• The use by participant's film of such work is a fair one under the copyright law.

• Participants will retain any licences and provide them to the organizers on request.
