Edgardo Torres Garcia

Edgardo Torres Garcia, MD, is an Internal Medicine resident at Sierra View Medical Center in Porterville, California, and was selected as a U.S. Ambassador for 2025.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences (UMHS) in St. Kitts and Nevis. Dr. Torres Garcia’s primary academic and clinical interests are in Cardiology and Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine.
A former professional swimmer, he remains passionate about staying active through hiking and swimming. Outside of clinical work, he loves working with technology and computers, constantly exploring new innovations in hardware, software, and digital health solutions.
