Dr. Pravin Dhage

Dr. Pravin Dhage (MBBS, MD Pharmacology) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai. He brings extensive experience in clinical research, academics, and medical administration, having served as a Study Physician in multiple clinical trials, including COVID-19 vaccine Phase I and the Rabishield–Rabivax-S Phase IV study at Sion Hospital.

A passionate medical educator, he has contributed significantly to institutional initiatives such as National Pharmacovigilance Week, Bioethics Bootcamps, and MUHS-affiliated academic programs. His research work spans adverse drug reactions, probiotics in COVID-19 management, pharmacology education, and clinical trial awareness, with publications in reputed journals.

Dr. Dhage has held key leadership roles including President of BMC MARD, State Convener of IMA JDN Maharashtra, and National Vice-President of FORDA, India. He has also been recognized with the IMA MS President Appreciation Award.

Alongside his academic and administrative excellence, he is actively involved in sports and theatre, being a kickboxing gold medalist and a performer in Marathi plays and television.
