Dr. Shiv Joshi

Dr. Shiv Joshi did his masters at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram (MH, India).
He was organizing secretary of ETHOS 2017. Dr. Shiv Joshi has completed his MBBS, and a post graduate diploma in Geriatric Medicine. Further he is Internationally Certified in the Principles of Bioethics and Human Rights by the UNESCO Department of education, and has certification in Human Rights. He had also served in the capacities of National President for the students’ program of India which is a part of the International Chair in Bioethics (formerly UNESCO Chair in Bioethics, Haifa); as Chair of IJDA; and as the National Convener for the Indian Medical Association – Junior Doctors’ Network. He has been an active contributor to the Working group on primary health care for the Junior Doctors’ Network, and was the member of the Medical Ethics Working group. He was recently elected as the Secretary of WMA-JDN.
