Umanga Luintel

My name is Umanga Luintel and I am a fifth year MBBS student from Nepal. I have extensive experience in volunteering through various social organizations and active involvement in academic and scholarly activities. My academic interests lie in anesthesiology and global health for which I have shaped my experience by working as a peer reviewer as well as contributing in various clinical research projects. I am truly excited about engaging in bioethics-focused event. I was a part of the World Medical Association–Junior Doctors Network (WMA JDN) Medical Ethics Working Group last year. I am also actively involved with the Nepal Medical Association- Junior Doctors Committee (NMA- JDC), where I had the privilege of hosting various events to provide career guidance to medical students and young doctors. 

 

I am truly blessed to be a part of the international Organizing Committee member for ETHOS 2025 and I am excited about supporting the outreach and promotion of this event in Nepal
